I love to run!
I want to start running/jogging but I can't even get 1/4km.
Any advice appreciated.
I'd like to be a runner. The first time I tried to get in shape I ran two 5Ks (2011) ... but I've never really considered myself a good runner. I certainly want to get there, though. A long term goal of mine is to run a Half Marathon. I'm building up my endurance with 30 minute jogs at the gym when I finish strength training.
