Hey im new also....3wks....began with a military diet...bery little foods for bkfst..lunch & dinner and this app...have just 15 workouts so far...i do it five days a week....everyday i choose a body part...work the hell out of it and think positive...so far in 3wks i went from a 42 waist to a 38 waist... 6'2"...i was 225 lbs..want to loose just 40lbs by next april...keep focus sis

You should try pole pole dancong. I have lost 30 lbs doing it. Its a great workout and an awesome conversation starter :)
