Hi I'm new here, just downloaded the apps and I'm super excited to get in shape. I also started using the lose it app. I'm 5'6" 171 and my goal is 145 by February.

I'm looking for positive friends to help keep me motivated and accountable

Me too ;) Starting plan tommoro...20 pounds and toned up by New Years. Easily distracted lol Maybe i kick ur ass and u kick mine??

Started it last week and loving it so far. I am also doing C25K along with several other training programs.  Weight loss goal of 60 lbs by May 2013!!!! I AM DEFINITELY IN

I use the lose it app also. My goak weight is 141. I need to lose 40. I would like to help motivate and could use motivation too.

Hi I'm new and I need to lose 50lbs doctors orders.  I'm trying to get to "love exercise" not there yet.  Would love to follow you and read about your journey to date.  I have a little voice inside me that doesnt believe its possible.  Thanx for being an inspiration already.  Happy :Days

Hey im new also....3wks....began with a military diet...bery little foods for bkfst..lunch & dinner and this app...have just 15 workouts so far...i do it five days a week....everyday i choose a body part...work the hell out of it and think positive...so far in 3wks i went from a 42 waist to a 38 waist... 6'2"...i was 225 lbs..want to loose just 40lbs by next april...keep focus sis

You should try pole pole dancong. I have lost 30 lbs doing it. Its a great workout and an awesome conversation starter :)
