What are your goals? I haven't set one up for myself yet because I'm not sure what goal to set up.

Lose 15 lbs before thanksgiving, and be in top shape by February 2013. Simple goals work best for me :)

To lose 20lb by Christmas. i also want to be able to run three miles without stoping. Wish me luck.

I'm trying to get down to an unhealthy body fat percentage, but before I do that, i'll have to meet my short term goal of not eating junk food.

My goal right now is to get back to walking 8-10 miles a day. 
Last time I was doing that it was in 1 1/2 in heels, now I just want to be able to without my feet and/or legs hurting all the time.

To build up my endurance and maintain it. I train in capoeira and these workout help a lot to keep in top shape. Getting a toned six-pack would be nice too

Short Term: 1. to consistently improve my endurance
2. To strengthen and tone muscles
3. To lose weight
Long Term: to maintain my short term goals for as long as possible
