My goal is to look hot for trinidad carnival feb. 2013 and beyond that so I need to lose 30lbs

Short Term: 1. to consistently improve my endurance
2. To strengthen and tone muscles
3. To lose weight
Long Term: to maintain my short term goals for as long as possible 😺

My goal is to tone up , gain weight and stay it for soccer season when it's starts again :)

To build up my endurance and maintain it. I train in capoeira and these workout help a lot to keep in top shape. Getting a toned six-pack would be nice too

I want a six-pack and be able to bench 15lbs over my weight and free weight 50+.

My goal right now is to get back to walking 8-10 miles a day. 
Last time I was doing that it was in 1 1/2 in heels, now I just want to be able to without my feet and/or legs hurting all the time.

I'm trying to get down to an unhealthy body fat percentage, but before I do that, i'll have to meet my short term goal of not eating junk food.

Lose 15 lbs before thanksgiving, and be in top shape by February 2013. Simple goals work best for me :)
