Cardio is not my cup of tea

I can't do cardio for 2 minutes before my heart starts thumping wildly and starting to get faint... is it just me or is it normal to feel like that in the beginning? also what can i do to be better at it?

First, Be sure your hydrated before cardio workouts. If that feeling persists tell your doctor you feel faint when doing cardio, and get your blood tested. As for increasing cardio workouts maybe try adding a longer routine every week. For example do a 2 minute cardio workout 3-4 times this week. Then next week do it for 5 minutes. Then week after that 10 minutes. And by the end of the month youll be at 15 minutes. Be sure this isnt your whole workout routine. This will help increase your endurance if you stay consistent. If you cant go fore more Then 2 mins Then whatever your doing is to advanced.
