Hey!
I'm using my sisters account (she doesn't use it anymore. Quitter;))but I'm probably a lot younger than most. So any workouts I should avoid or anyone my age wanna talk?

Ooo and try abs and arms :) legs is easy... Im a pre professional balkerina and so i have rock hard legs :)))))) so do squats and wall sits

I'm 13 and just worried I might over do it. I was working out on my own and it wasn't doing enough. I would like stronger abs and arms (I'm in volleyball, softball, track and soccer, all competitive except soccer) so, any tips/advice are greatly welcomed

Yeah I'm younger too and wanted to get more fit even thought I already am. I play basketball very competitively and I'm small for my age so I needed to be more muscular and have more endurance then other players. Thanks for making this app

Yeah I'm younger too. I'm 13.  I use this app often and I have had no trouble with any of the workouts. I'd be glad to share my experiences and exchange workout ideas.

Yeah I'm 15 going to sophomore year after summer. I'm using the summer to work out. I was in softball last year for freshmen year and I was like the worse player on the team athletic wise. (Everyone criticized me but I didn't talk back)

So I'm going to train and work so I can be a decent player

I'm 17 and have the hardest goal I've seen on these forums. Anyone know a lot about long-distance running? In return, I'll answer all questions I can.

Hi I'm mike I'm 13 years old and I weigh 137lbs and I cannot do a pushup not only that but I have never worked out before or have done a sport.

Hi I'm mike and I weigh 137 with fat rolls and moobs and I have a hard time with almost all of the workouts. And I'm 13 years old can anybody relate to being fat because it's hard to work out when you can't even do a pushup or situp

Try doing pushups against a wall and th kitchen counter first see how many u can do throughout th day ull b surprised just how soon ull build strength try situps on ur bed easier thn th floor and see if u can get a few... :-)

Struggling with everything means everything's an improvement. Start with that mindset. If you can't lift your own bodyweight in a push up, lie on your back and push up objects that weigh less than you do. Watching TV? Sit with your legs and arms off the ground. Do little stuff like that all the time, and pay attention to diet. Good luck!

Hey mike I'm only 14 so we are about the sane age. You should slowly ease your way into working out. Start with going for a walk around your block and doing simple stretches every morning. You should also buy a 5lb weight so you can start to build up muscle in an easier way. As you get more comfortable you can expand your walk and eventually turn it into a jog. Maybe buy a ten lb weight when the five gets too easy. Don't be afraid to take things slow. Also make sure you are eating healthy watch your carb and sugar intake. Best of luck! Its all good, i started exercising when i was 9 and im 15 now...so its been six years, you have to be careful though and make sure to take it easy, push ups and sit ups are good starts so u should try those, and then just branch off from there, keep it up, im happy to hear that im not the only one who started at an early age :-)

Just remember that serious weight training is not a good idea until you reach 14. If you start too young, you can harm your development. I would suggest bodyweight exercises for those here under 14, and even then, don't go overboard. Too much of a good thing is not a good thing.

Yeah, i am 14 and I play soccer and the club what's me to play with 20 year old girls, so I am training to get stronger. Becaus I am small and skinny for my age so I am a little scared to get hurt :/ plus, I want to do a good job

dont worry about avoiding workouts! theyre all good for you, so try a few out and see what is too easy and too hard and get yourself a work out in the middle range. if your worried about overdoing it, dont, just do what feels good for you. i usually do a intense work out 30 min a day and i walk/jog with my dog for another 15-30 min and i feel fine doing so. its your body so you know best!

i'm 13 . i'm a bit fat . is there any way to keep me slim down ? my friend say i'm not fat but i still think its fat . btw , i'm new to this . Just started this app .
