dont worry about avoiding workouts! theyre all good for you, so try a few out and see what is too easy and too hard and get yourself a work out in the middle range. if your worried about overdoing it, dont, just do what feels good for you. i usually do a intense work out 30 min a day and i walk/jog with my dog for another 15-30 min and i feel fine doing so. its your body so you know best!
