Currently my fitness level is not good. Before the holidays I was running 3-4 times a week and doing toning on the other days. I was getting frustrated because I was losing no weight at all I was staying at the same weight. I don't know if it has to do with my thyroid issues or not. I was eating healthy too. Then we went in vacation in January for 10 days and I lost 10 lbs while not eating well or exercising. I just get frustrated and see no reason to exercise when I can't see any results on the scale. I have no old or current injuries.
