I just did my first workout on here. Anyone have any suggestions as to what are the best? I was thinking about buying one of the programs to help me but didn't know if it was worth the money. I want to lose weight and get toned you know bathing suit season is just around the corner

Currently my fitness level is not good.  Before the holidays I was running 3-4 times a week and doing toning on the other days.  I was getting frustrated because I was losing no weight at all I was staying at the same weight. I don't know if it has to do with my thyroid issues or not.  I was eating healthy too.  Then we went in vacation in January for 10 days and I lost 10 lbs while not eating well or exercising.  I just get frustrated and see no reason to exercise when I can't see any results on the scale.  I have no old or current injuries.

Yes do you know if there is a natural way to regulate your thyroid?

I want to cancel my subscription how do i do it this app keeps forcing close in the middle of my workout.
