Hey :)
I started two new challenges a few days ago, one which I created.
Sick Lower Abs(EK)30 Day Squat Challenge (EK)
Do both every day for 30 days. Read squat challenge info before starting. Give it a go and in 30 days post your results if you have any :) who is in?!!
Good luck and remember "what doesnt challenge you, won't change you."

They are not hard to do, just mire of setting a routine and stick to it!
