i am 5'4 and 125 pounds i am trying to put on 10 pounds in a healthy way how do i do it. i am toned but would love to build muscle mass. help!

In this case. I mean what kind of cook.. More Like scramble egg. Omellete. 4 egg

I've created my own high protein meal named 'The Musclecake'.
250 g quark
1/2 apple (cutted in pieces)
a pinch of cinnamon
Mix it all up, put it in a bowl and let it cook 5 mins in the microwave. Absolutely delicious and full of protein!

but i think quark is not easy to find here. can i substitute. with regular cheese?

Try to find curd cheese or mix up cottage cheese with buttermilk.
I'm the same height but trying to get down to your weight. Any suggestions? I'm a six/eight now what size can i look forward to?
