Fast cook real food protein

Hey guys im new on this app. I.have a little question about eating.
What do u guys usually eat when long time cooking seems not possible to do..
Im not talking about suplements. Its about real food.
Need suggestion. Thx b4

Try eating fish and tuna (same thing) its high in protein but contains mercury so dont over do it and penut butter is also a good source and eggs(x

Hey edward thx for the suggestion. I eat canned tuna once a time and it taste no good.. How do you cook em?

i am 5'4 and 125 pounds i am trying to put on 10 pounds in a healthy way how do i do it. i am toned but would love to build muscle mass. help!

Well you can try adding manaise and put it on a tostada that will be alot better and much more satifying but its high in protein thats the only reason i eat it haha

Did u mean mayonaise?
Manaise and tostada is not very common in my place..

Eggs. Peanut Butter, Nuts.... ( almonds, pumpkin seeds, peanuts) Tofu, Any kind of beans, cheese, yogurt, milk, soy nuts or edamame... All very fast and high protein

I've created my own high protein meal named 'The Musclecake'.

Ingredients:

250 g quark
1 egg
1/2 apple (cutted in pieces)
a pinch of cinnamon

Mix it all up, put it in a bowl and let it cook 5 mins in the microwave. Absolutely delicious and full of protein!

i want to try make that food too..
but i think quark is not easy to find here. can i substitute. with regular cheese?

I don't know if this will work:

Try to find curd cheese or mix up cottage cheese with buttermilk.
