Hey everyone. Im new here and i want to lose weight. Any tips on staying motivated. Any tricks and does anyone want to be my personal trainer sorya. I just want to tone my stomach and arms mainly. Please help.

Hi there! Well usually what keeps me motivated are the goals I set. Also try working out at the same time every day...after a while it will become second nature to you and you will be more motivated to work out!
