Anyone have good oblique/love handle workouts?

I'm looking for oblique or love handle workouts so I can get all the fat off my hips. I've tried many and they've improved it, but it still remains to get in my way when i try high waisted things or even normal jeans. Anyone?☺

Windshield wipers are good for that. Also sideways standing dips and I think its called a v star sit up or something like that. Hope I helped somewhat.

You can't chose where you lose fat, the body does it naturally. Doing oblique exercises will simply make your oblique muscles bigger and stronger, there will still be a layer of fat over them. you need to eat clean and try something like high intensity interval training in.

Twisting (Russian) situps, oblique crunches, and side planks are all great for targeting your oblique muscles. I found some great exercises for your oblique muscles at ab-workouts-guide.com under situps, crunches, and planks. Try Multi-Plank Challenge2, Min Full Plank Challenge, 15 Min Core Booster Abs they're short intense but well worth it. Good luck and God Bless.
