Hey there, i just started getting back into the workout groove after having my first child last september. Im 15Lbs from my original weight. I used to wrestle in college used to working out vigerously everyday, and now i have been taking it easy for my daughters sake. But im going trough workout witdrawls lol i miss working out. So anyone wanna work out with me, tose of you who live in nortern colorado perhaps we could go on runs or hikes or something. Any tips or advice on workouts for me anyone?
Cathy, when I workout I want to lose my stomach fat also so I do a lot of cardio exercises as well as ab exercises such as crunches and side crunches...planks, flutter kicks, and russian twists work very well also. I love the stationary bikes also they work wonders. Remember when you do exercises you must flex your abs continue to contract and release your stomach muscles everyday. I hope this helps.
