Green tea is nice. But what is a green tea diet?
Im tea/coffee person...i need to drink them every day..i used 2 drink red tea alot but i limited it to mornings or afternoons..cuz it will color ur teeth..& i drink green tea like any time of day..its just a tea..nothing dangerous about it..in fact green tea has less caffeine than red tea or coffee ( 1 cup of coffee=4 cups of red tea=6-8cups of green tea) btw, drinking green tea wont make u lose weight..u have to change ur food portion & style to lose weight
Not 1 food is a fat burner. Otherwise everyone would be eating it
It boosts your metabolism. I drink about 4 cups a day but I can go a few days without it without realizing it and I don't notice any effects from the caffeine. I've read that three cups will burn an extra 100+ calories but I don't know how true this is, I drink it for the other benefits.
It helps activate the metabolism system, yet it wont be effictive if ur eating junk food.. i mean green tea & a big mac no way.. drink a cup in the morning befor breakfast..the chinese way..& drink it at night as a cleansing for the stomech..dont add sugar..u can add mint or thym leaves - lemon slice or ginger to it for inhanced effect..wich is good 4 relaxation & headaches(i used 2 suffer from headaches so i stopped drinking red tea & coffee..& drink green tea only wich helped a lot)
