No matter what i do i cant bulk up my thighs, any advice.??
Due to job m not able to go to gym... ar home i do squats and wall sits..

Use weights when you do squats. As for fat on your face, i don't think you look like you have a fat face. I wouldn't know what to do about fat on your face.
squats r good thigh workout...just try mixing it up..like squat jaks-squat jumps-jumping lunges-squat to to front kicks..they r all effictive.
due to a hamstring injury, the doc told me 2 use wights on my leg while doing some workouts..u can do that 2..
i also do capoeira..works the thighs alot..
if can afford buying an eillptical..do that. its good 4 a home workout routine.
yah..i want some face fat..but i lose it 1st once i lose weight..
mybe cuz i chew gum a lot..i have defined jaw mucsles
