In the next 30 days im challenging myself & anyone else who wants to join in a 100 mile challenge. Just log your daily or weekly miles here. Good luck all brave enough ti join.

Completely detest running b cos of my knee and joint issues, but You only live Twice, and the second time around u better get it right!,right? Lmao

Thanks Kendra. I know. I feel so lousy if I don't get my walk or run in. I wouldn't have been able to stay with it if it weren't for you guys.

Week 1

Day 4 - Was extremly tired. No workout.

Day 5 - I  walked/run 9.4 miles. Felt damn good.

 

Total= 24.7 miles this week.
