What's the best workout to lose 20 pounds in 3 weeks? I'm getting married in May and although I already lost much, I need to firm up my huge thighs and midsection...i just want to look and feel good in a wedding dress...for me and my hubby...and be healthy...please HELP!
Thanks so much! I'm excited just that its kinda hard to look good with my legs so huge...i get insecure. I lost 15 lbs, still dont look good. I'm 5'2 @ 118 lbs...i eat normally, bread, meat at times, lots of coffee though... One main meal in a day. Any leg workout guys to make it firm?
