What's the best workout to lose 20 pounds in 3 weeks? I'm getting married in May and although I already lost much, I need to firm up my huge thighs and midsection...i just want to look and feel good in a wedding dress...for me and my hubby...and be healthy...please HELP!

Thanks so much! I'm excited just that its kinda hard to look good with my legs so huge...i get insecure. I lost 15 lbs, still dont look good. I'm 5'2 @ 118 lbs...i eat normally, bread, meat at times, lots of coffee though... One main meal in a day. Any leg workout guys to make it firm?

Haha. It aint just the weight, its firming up...its hard :-S under pressure..thanks for the support dear.

You want to lose 20 lbs when you only weigh118 I don't know it sounds unhealthy. You should work on building muscle tonening up a bit. You want to weigh a little more than my 11 year old son.

Another thing is. Its about proportion not so much the numbers on the scale.
