Do you know any great ways to loose 5 pounds it sounds like its not alot but i dont want to be that skinny if you have a answer please comment have awonderful day

Main thing is to watch what you eat and do cardio 3x a week and strength training 2x a week! Cut soda completely out of your diet if you're still drinking it... That right there will help you lose 5lbs in itself. I also always remind people that you must have a 3500 calorie deficit to lose one pound. So make sure you're hitting the gym hard and not over eating :) follow my blog for other tips.. healthyisahabit.blogspot.com
