Tips to lose calories by not doing workouts

Drinking water. ALOT of water, since water contains 0 calories and it takes energy to digest the water, you burn calories whilst drinking it.

From what I understand if u do nothing or don't exercise at all you burn about 600 - 800 cals during a normal day. Digestion, breathing, walking, all those little things add up. If you move your leg in a nervous fashion or bouncing up and down would burn more calories! But u can't eat if u want to lose weight. That's how it works!
