Im a 19 year old smoker who's current interests include slamming deep fried foods, endless sweets and salty things. Im ready to feel awake, energized, feel good about myself and most of all, quit smoking! Any suggestions?
Sounds like me to the T! I'm just taking it a week at a time, trying my best to make healthy choices. I definitely slip up at times because I'm in love with KitKats, but as soon as I realize, I take corrective actions (working out) lol and I start again. It's easier when you have some support, but it can be done! Good Luck :)
