I quit candy, chips, chocolate, fast food and soda by thinking of all the sugar and fat (and unnatural added stuff) that's in it and I was disgusted by it. It did help, it was hard at first but when I didn't eat it, I stopped craving it.
Get some healthier snacks. Buy yourself some nuts and healthy yogurt. And implement them in your diet. Helps me alot.
