Did help people I keep on thinking about chocolate cake and the next thing you know I just ate it. Need really good tips

I quit candy, chips, chocolate, fast food and soda by thinking of all the sugar and fat (and unnatural added stuff) that's in it and I was disgusted by it. It did help, it was hard at first but when I didn't eat it, I stopped craving it.

Dark chocolate is good for you though. Well I thought it was.

Never soda or chips, candy and chocolate very rarely. Maybe at parties or hanging out with a bunch of friends. If I eat something with chocolate I usually make it myself

I just stopped, I'm very stubborn of me. You can try to do a motivation list.

Such as "if I don't eat junk in 2 weeks I get the lipstick I want" etc. it's a good motivater :)

Get some healthier snacks. Buy yourself some nuts and healthy yogurt. And implement them in your diet. Helps me alot.

Protien shakes!!!! Or if you have to eat something, stock your fridge with fruits veggies, non fat yogurts.  Drink tons of water, or green tea!
