I like to have quinoa. But I make it like an oatmeal. I add a little vanilla soy milk too, to make it kinda sweet.

Oatmeal! I like to add a little cacao powder and cinnamon to mine. And if it gets boring, I sometimes add a banana or chopped up hazelnuts. Careful with the nuts though, they might be healthy but they're packed with calories and fat!

I say protien shake! Yummy, healthy, and keeps you full till after lunch!! perfect!

Linda you could try a protein pancacke
1/4 cup dry oatmeal
1 egg white and 1 full egg
1 scoop of protein
Mix it all on the blender and then cook like regular pancakes...delicious!!
