I eat clean all the time, and I don't really lose weight. The thing is that I workout but not enough. I wasn't really doing well in school and if I want to graduate I need to do my best. so sometimes I spend when I'm home from school only on schoolwork. What makes me feel week because I haven't workes out again. I don't use it as excuse because school is really important to me.

Any advice? School makes me sick

I workout in the morning before school now. It is hard to stand up so early. Wish you the best.

Same here. The last weeks till graduation are so stressy and so much to study for the final exams :/

Do a few hundred rope skips every morning along with some stretching and moderate toning. Should take about 15-20 min. It leaves you feeling great and healthy!
This used to be my revision workout. ;)

Try doing a 30 min workout in the morning before your shower, breakfast etc...that way you wont have to worry about it clashing with all your other activities during the day or night

You can do squats or crunches, those are quiet enough to do.

If you don't have time make time 😉that's my motto. I didn't have time but I stop watching tv and less time on the Internet now I have 30 mins to an hour to workout a day. Also when I get home from school I do about 50 squats and 30 push ups & crunches and 1 min plank. I do this about 3 times until 7:30-8 when I start working out (: hope that helps

I get this question a lot from people let me tell you a simple solution. Most people, when they hear the word, "working out," they think of a 1-2 hour workout. However, it's extremely possible to workout out in 20-30 minutes and still get the same benefits. Most people who work out for 1-2 hours usually aren't actually working out that entire time. They extend their rest times. However, cutting down rest time and keeping your intensity high can be more beneficial. My suggestion is set your alarm 20-30 minutes early and do some workouts on this app or maybe go for a run. Losing 20-30 minutes of sleep won't be that big of a deal. Best of luck!

I understand the time I'm working 60+ hours a well plus i was taking 4 college classes last semester and I've been struggling not working out too but you have too make yourself get up early enough to get a quick one in which is why i love this app there us so many great and short workouts
