Brand new. Started off fast. Bad or good?

Well when you're 13 Its not really great to work out. But it sure is fun but i would reccomend doing aerobic stuff such as running, biking, swimming and body weight workouts but not a ton. And do NOT lift weights. Your still growing and lifting weights stunts your growth so you wont grow. I would ease into working out so your body can gradually get used to it
