Healthy weight loss

Hello everyone. I am 28 years old and have not been able to lose the weight I've gained since having my daughter when I was 24. I would like to lose weight but start eating healthier also. What is the best way to start with workouts? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Start walking. If you're already doing that, begin a run-walk program.
