Hi I am new here, on and off. I am overweight, dont have time for work out, stop gym 4 years ago. Single, busy with work. I believe people in my age usually busy with their kids. But not me.

Hi, I am new here as well.  I would like to lose betwen 30-50lbs. I never went for the family thing either. My children are two cats and a dog whom love to watch me workout and dance lol.
Have you found a favorite program or workout yet?

Not yet stefie..I just click whatever workout that seems suit with me.

  yeah same here. I make sure to do my elliptical workout at least 20minutes a day, then I try to find either a floor workout or another cardio.
