Intake more calories. I always weigh about 130 something. I started eating more at night, past 9:00. Fruit, sandwich with chips. Now I weigh 140 pounds.

I been taking a mass and muscle protein that is 800 calories for one full serving which is 4 scoops. I gained 5 lbs of lean muscle in one month.

Some girls r way too slim and wish to have nice curves! Im about 124 and almost 5'8" so shooting for about 130. But dont know if id want to go much more then that.

I've put on 6 lbs and my body fat has dropped 0.3 percent since I started using this app. And I'm working on putting on 6 lbs more.
