Eat before exercise or after exercise? ??

After! I find if I eat before I don't workout as hard. Also I find I eat less after a workout. Hope this helps.

I usually eat after most of the time its something light like a fruit salad or a grilled chicken salad. But like a hour or two before my workout I may eat a protein bar or 12 almonds :)

Actually, you should eat some simple carbs an hour prior to working out so your body has the fuel it needs to maximize your training. Also, you have an hour after your workout  to replenish your body with the essential protein needed to promote the lean muscle growth.

i think ur supposed eat 1hr b4 but i threw up 1nce so i eat after

It is best to eat an hour and a half before you exercise something small(like a banana), and then no sooner than a half an hour after you exercise

If you don't want to lose muscle mass, you need 15-20 g protein or additional supplements before AND after or your body also uses muscle mass as fuel. The more muscle, the more fat-burning. Try to keep calories down beforehand though. If you don't have the option, it is better to do it fasted then pump in protein within 60 minutes after the workout.

I eat 1 pack of Austin's peanut butter crackers, then water, then go workout, then eat.

Doing the peanut butter keeps protein in you, and the water refreshes you.  you should try it!
