To drink... Or not to drink

Clearly alcohol is not a best choice to be consuming, but we all have social lives... How do you drink "healthy?" My cheat day is Friday cause I know I'll be with friends... So how do I manage this ?

I don't think there is such a thing as "drinking healthy". But I would recommend to drink peacefully and not going crazy mode. Stick to drinks low in alcohol and drink water every drink to stay hydrated.

They have skinny girl cocktails now. They're really good. If you're going out though, order something mixed with diet soda... maybe captain Morgan and diet coke? It just indulge for one day and make it up the rest if the week.

I too drink.  You can't deny yourself everything.  Just do out sensibly and in moderation then continue as normal

Red wine and clear spirits are good for the heart but as always drink moderately

Shud not take more dan 100 ml .And should take diluted .A Doctor told me that.
