No equipment workouts.

Hi 😄

I go to the gym at least 3 times a week but fancy doing a bit of a workout on my days off the gym. I have no equipment at home.

Can anyone recommend some good arms, shoulders and abs workouts with no equipment.?

Do you not rest on your days off?

 

Push ups, planks, pull-ups and running are all good general exercises for most muscle groups

Improvise. Anything can be used for something in a workout with a little imagination. But remember to rest, because that's when your muscles are regenerating and strengthening. Workouts break muscle down, rest builds it up. Take a break.

I like to do intervals of 1 minute plank and 25 sit-ups or crunches. For shoulders and abs you could use a chair and do bench dips and also put your feet up on it and do push-ups! Good luck!😊

Planks and push ups are good ones. Also crunche and sit ups. Make sure you rest though
