Trying to stay away from carbs, what are some good breakfast foods?

Maybe chose some fruits and granola with a fat-free yoghurt, it's tasty! :)

Well if I eat dairy products before I workout it give me stomach cramps, anything else?

then wait half an hour after your meal or try lactose-free products, I got cramps of dairy products because I'm lactose-intolerant I found out :s you can also chose wholemeal bread and some fat free sausage. breakfast is the most important meal of the day and is metabolized the best :)
