Help i need tips on how to lose weight

Eat healthy. Don't snack unnecessarily. Drink lots of water! Do different exercises so you target different parts of your body. Joining a sport club is also a fun way to keep motivated and to enjoy being busy! Good luck

Eat low fat or fat free products, eat more vegetables and fruit than starch and meat, instead of eating sweets rather eat a diet high protein bar(much less fat and much healthier but still has the same sweet taste). Do more cardio and then on the off days, do some pilates or some casual workout. Good luck hope that helps
