Anyone know of any good back workouts. Trying to lose the fatty part of my back

I find boxing a good way to keep your back chiseled. If thats not really your style then try bent over rows with a weight to where you can bang out about 12-15 reps. Hope this helps :)

Go to workouts
Click on "filter"
Pick "any" time
Pick "back"
Pick "any defficulty"
Pick a workout u like :)

Deadlifts, UR entire body will get a workout..& it strengthens your back big time!
