Hey I have a question.....how do you lose weight? I know exercise, diet.....but I need something more specific. I try to go the gym 4-5 times a week for like 30-40 mins. (Running on treadmill) but I don't really see any results. I've started going for a month(is it because of what I'm eating?) I'm 17 and all I want to do is be happy in life. Please help
