Heey all! I used to really enjoy jump roping but I haven't done it in years. :O But as soon as I get a jump rope i'm going to start doing some jumping exercises! :D Any jump rope workout suggestions to keep it fun and energizing???

Our school in China makes us June ropes as a part of the PE test. I can do 175 a minute but can't do long. Asking with you

Wow. I can't keep count very well if I go fast. lolz But I'm sure I can't do that many in a minute. Yaay you.

I like to jumprope as a part my cardio routine. Never really went for a long jump

I've never thought of jump roping as a workout. I've always just done it for fun. But I've heard it's really good cardio. :) That's the only thing lacking in my workout.

I like to do my Jump rope squats. Its as easy as it sounds, after you jump the rope-land into a squatting position. And repeat.

Thanks! I'm already doing a 200 squats challenge. :) I was doing 100 squat jumps before. Think it'll be more fun and engaging with a jumprope! :D

The jump rope then squatting sounds challenging, but i like it, i gonna try it.:-)

I just do it the same way as I did as a kid... get that rope go outside and skip rope up and down the street...

Shanna, Weighted handled jumpropes sounds great! I'll have to look for one. Didn't know they had any. :D What kind of strength training do you do??
