I am fairly slim. My workout usually consists of heavy weights and 10-20min of cardio. Yet I have a hard time building muscle mass. I bench 225lbs 6-7 times 3-4 reps as a example. Any addvice is welcome

When you workout/lift do 10-15 reps and 3-5 sets. Eat LOTS of protein, carbs, calories, and fats. Eat food from every 2-4 hours and make sure it has at least 30 grams of protein in the meal. Eat potatoes, meats-chicken, steak, pork, fish (tuna in a can), and anything else with lots of protein, carbs, calories, and fats. For a snack in-between meals eat nuts. Walnuts, peanuts, almonds, and any other type of nuts cause they have lots of protein.

I'm tryin to bulk up aswell,I weight 155 ATM and I read I have to eat 3000 calories a day to gain weight and workout with 13 reps maxed for 4-6 sets
