ok so ive decided to do the spartan run challenge that i found on the app and was wondering if you do it for a week then move to the next one or how long do you do each one. (there are 3 different levels casual, moderate then intense)
thanks for the advice ill give it a go for a couple of weeks and see how i am.
well i have been going to the gym 3 times a week for the past 3 months or so, so i would so i am relitavly fit.
