hi,i am 16 years old .my height is 5'2 and my weight is 53kg from philippines .my family members are also insulting me,u r so fat.so,i feel this thing will create my inferiority complex.but my friends says,u have a correct height and weight.but u just reduce ur weight in few kgs.my friends are very supportive.but my sister is more irritating me.so plz help me friends.i know,i will just reduce few kgs.i m not so fat girl.

You are not over weight for your height. You can only compare yourself to you. You are not your sister or any other family member. The key is to be healthy. Eat right and exersize. The rest will follow.

from your photo you look fine. 53kg for your height is within a healthy range so i would not worry too much about it!

Maybe they're just teasing you. Why not take their "insults" as a challenge? But you don't have to do hardcore workout & diet. The key is to eat healthy & be active. Aim for 3x a week 30-1hr workout/sports.

any high interval training for 30-40 mins 3 to 4 times per week will do it with a healthly eating plan. it will burn fat from all over your body

Yes. i eat right , i exercise everyday and jogging every morning , but still my arms are so fat;(
