That's all I recommend, search though for more. Good luck, hope I helped! Make sure to drink lots of water before and after every workout. Try some chin or pull ups for your arms. Do challenges such us 100 mason twists or 2min full plank. That will help u a lot! Don't overdo its bad for your body. Try to swim now its summer. Eat healthy, fruits veggies. I suggest not going on a strict diet. Make sure u workout your legs too. If u can handle it try some spartan workouts. cu round!
