Hi.. Im new to working out. I am doing the 30 day squat challenge but I am looking for a workout for the other parts of my body too. Abs, arms, core, etc.. any suggestions? I want to lose this belly lol.

You can't just loose belly weight! If you loose it in your stomach you loose it everywhere else to! :)

How much cardio a day? And for how long? I appreciate the help.

Try to run/jog 2-4 days a week for about 45-60 min if u need help with Weightloss You can kik me on: nalix8 or PM here

Jog do squats lunges for an hour,or do this workout called turbo jam 48 minutes and less you can go on your computer and find it there it go
