How old are you, how much do you weigh, and how much weight do u want to lose?!

I am 25 and i am 5.2" and very overwieght i weigh 215 i need to lose wight but its so hard. I dont even know where to begin. I have to do this though not only for me but for my family, i know that once i start losing weight it will encourage them to do so too. Plus i have a wedding dress i want to fit into. Plz someone give me advice on how to boost my matabolism.

I heard to eat smaller meals 5-6 times a day.

I ate 3/4 of my usual meal intake and went walking and ran up and down stairs for a week and dropped a dress size. Plus I cut out junk food, dairy and wheat...

Hey Amanda. Looks like u really want to lose weight for a good reason. Here are some tips I can give you-
- multiply your weight in pounds by 12 that is how much calories you eat a day, if you want to lose weight eat less calories in a day then that number
-drink 2 litres of water a day
-dance or do Zumba
-if you have magic bullet, eat alot of those for breakfast andsnacks
-if you don't like to run just walk it is the same thing but easier
- every 3000 calories burned= 1 pound burned

Age 12 is a bit young to be focusing on diets and losing weight, especially if you're a healthy weight like you are. Try to stay positive about your size and weight and focus on exercise to stay healthy and have fun.

I'm 14. I weigh about 140 pounds. I'm 5'4. I wanna lose 10-15 pounds. I've tried numerous "weight loss" workouts that have only made me gain weight. If anyone know FREE workouts I can do at home without equpment please let me know! Thank you

I'm 20, 5"1 and 123 pounds. I started trying to lose weight when I was 18 and 135 pounds. Lost about 20 pounds... Then started college and put it ALL back on again. I'm finding it very difficult to lose the last few pounds now and be in good shape for my holiday in June.

16 yrs, and im a menacing 5 ft tall. im currently at 115lbs after losing 10lbs late last year through planet fitness. now that ive canceled my membership im on here trying to burn my last 5lbs

42, 5'9", 235 lb looking to get down to around 175 lb - although my goal is sustainable fitness versus just weight loss. Along with working out as often as possible during the week, I'm trying to go hiking at least once a month and want to get out and go backpacking as often as possible this summer!
