Am 20 and my weight is 60kg...
I am 25 and i am 5.2" and very overwieght i weigh 215 i need to lose wight but its so hard. I dont even know where to begin. I have to do this though not only for me but for my family, i know that once i start losing weight it will encourage them to do so too. Plus i have a wedding dress i want to fit into. Plz someone give me advice on how to boost my matabolism.
16 yrs, and im a menacing 5 ft tall. im currently at 115lbs after losing 10lbs late last year through planet fitness. now that ive canceled my membership im on here trying to burn my last 5lbs

42, 5'9", 235 lb looking to get down to around 175 lb - although my goal is sustainable fitness versus just weight loss. Along with working out as often as possible during the week, I'm trying to go hiking at least once a month and want to get out and go backpacking as often as possible this summer!
