Getting rid of some alcohol belly weight lol let me know if you found a workout on here that works. I need results faster! Looking for any workouts on here you would recommend. Please only respond if you seen results yourself

A 4 week rotation worked for me so far.:) About 60% weights (light and heavy dumbbells) mostly..30 min kickboxing or tae Bo ish type workouts 4 times a week will peel the fat off with a quickness

I love any type of planking and pull-ups personally :)

I have been doing the slim and trim boot camp program now it's a full program not just one workout routine but I have seen some really nice results over the past week and half hope that helps you

400m run, 10 bicycle crunchs 20 push-up, 30 sit-ups, 50 air squats, and 400m run. Two rounds. See how that feels... if u want more workouts. Hit me up on skimble or kik (armank47)
