Heavier weights less reps
eat chicken every day followed up with a potato or some carb. eat steak three times a week, take creatine from GNC and drink two protein shakes every day. workout with only free weights. imagine you are arnold swartzeneggar and lift till u pass out! as she said earlier heavy weight low reps. good luck
Here are a few that I like. I have increased my muscle by increasing my DB weight (I use 15 # now). Good luck. Increase, increase, increase....challenge yourself & you will get there!!!! I always tell my class that your DB should be heaiver than your purse!!!!!!! :)
If your lifting to build muscle u need about 1 to 1.5 grams of protein per pound of body weight...get the protein from chicken,eggs and fish. :-)
