If your lifting to build muscle u need about 1 to 1.5 grams of protein per pound of body weight...get the protein from chicken, eggs and fish. :-)

Extreme Plank Pyramid Challenge

Back, Biceps & Forearm Circuit Prescott 2

Absolute Arms Prescott 2

Here are a few that I like.  I have increased my muscle by increasing my DB weight (I use 15 # now).  Good luck.  Increase, increase, increase....challenge yourself & you will get there!!!!  I always tell my class that your DB should be heaiver than your purse!!!!!!!  :)

The Best advise I can give you is the following.....

Go to google
Type in "how to build muscles"
Pick any site
Then open a new Google site
Now type "how to build muscles fore women"
Pick any site

If your low on time, just go for the sites ment fore women :)
