Anybody have any motivational quotes I could use? I love using quotes to make me want to hit the gym hard! And I love getting tips on improving my health and workouts

Try pintrest its an amazing app they have Tons of weightless workouts, tips and recipes :) good luck!! I understand it's hard for me to stay motivated to, tried it all before but I think this time is different bc I really want it!

It used to be really hard for me too.
And you're completely right about how when you really want it, you make it happen.
I really want to take this and take it to another level and becoming a personal trainer to help others <3
