What kind of food can i eat instate of candy. I love candy but it's not helping to get me a dreambody.
Anyone ??

A lot of fruits and vegtables would help you out and try to stay away from carbs, I'm not saying don't eat them, but just don't overeat them. Drinking a lot of water can help out as well.

Fruits with honey yammie (strawberry is fantastic with a bit of honey)

My favorite is Greek yogurt with fresh fruit in it healthy sugar haha
