Lunch hour workouts

I work in an office 5 days a week and try to hit the gym on my lunch hour to run at least 2 miles, but I'm wanting to switch it up... Any suggestions on some quick workouts I can do? I'm doing the squat challenge at home every night, but I'm not getting the results I want

Try Tabata training. Doesn't take to long but a wicked workout.
