Go thriugh the workouts till you find something challenging to make yourself work harder than normal. Works for me ;-)

Hi Mariah, Go to my profile and look at my history. I started really light. Do the oldest workouts and work your way forward. These are workouts that anyone should be able to do. Just do what you can. If you have to substitute something, do that. They don't have to be perfect at first, but stick with it and the movements will get stronger every time. Stay self motivated!

Welcome! Just have fun :) Do different workouts to find out what you like. I prefer to do running/vardio one day and power/weightlifting the next day.
