Can i workout my biceps, triceps, shoulders and traps in just 1 day?

Its best to focus on one part of your arm and then combine workouts with parts of your body not directly associated with the same muscel. Like doing workouts that target your biceps and chest or one that focuses on triceps and shoulders

Damn dude. That's too many workouts to work on. If you building muscles limit it to maxium two muscles groups to get the best results. Work on the muscles groups from all angles. Pain = building muscle. If you work on so many muscle group you will be exhausted to work work on them properly. Unless you on steroids.

No you should not just like what everybody else has been saying. Usually one to two max is perfect and then have a one day recovery for that part  of the body worked out.  It is possible to do a full body workout but It'd be recommended to only go to the gym 2 to 3 times a week but then again you'd be too tired to workout other parts of the body.
