Hey girls I am invited to a swimming thing and I am on my ... You know. don't want to go with it being like the first couple days of it. Is there any way to lighten it by today or tomorrow??? I dont know if those heating up my stomach works but if anything works like eating a certain food or a certain exercise please tell me!!!!!!! I need to lighten it by today or tomorrow please and pills are a no.

Since you dont want to try pills, then Im sorry. Periods are part of life we sadly deal with. Tampons are the only thing I can think of. But try googling things you can try if you are that desperate.. If youre a few days in then it should end in a day or 2 right?
