Your body is not used to being over worked and your heart rate is not used to being high so take it easy first 5 sessions. And slowly raise the intensity

Start with full body workouts every other Day. After that put in some cardio between your workouts. And read everything you can :)

Oh and dont try to mix different tactics or programs. Find one you like and Stick to it :kr
